Orders and acceptance

Submitting payment is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is verified and the order can be fulfilled. We may contact you or cancel and refund an order affected by an invalid address, unavailable product, suspected fraud, pricing error, or delivery restriction.

Prices, shipping, and tax

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Product prices, exact Printify shipping, and applicable Printify VAT or tax are shown before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges outside AmiLuna’s control.

Made-to-order products

AmiLuna products are produced for your order through Printify and independent print providers. Minor differences in color, crop, texture, or placement may occur because screens and production processes vary.

Payment

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Artwork and website rights

The AmiLuna name, website design, artwork, photographs, and written content may not be copied, resold, republished, or used commercially without permission.

Responsible use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use automated methods that create excessive traffic.

Service availability

We work to keep information accurate and the store available, but services may occasionally be interrupted or changed. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
